Whole eye fillet of beef roasted and seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil & herbs. Cooked Medium-rare and decorated with fresh herbs. Approx 1.6kg weight. Served with homemade horseradish aeoli. Serves 10-12 guests - let us know if you would like it served whole or thinly sliced.
